  • Vinification

Selected hand-picked grapes from two different regions. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Stellenbosch fermented cold with some lees contact. The Semillon grapes from Sir Lowry’s Pass fermented in French oak barrels followed by malolactic (50%) fermentation and matured on the lees for 3 months. Blending was done before bottling.

  • Tasting Notes

This partly barrel-fermented blend shows complexity and concentration of flavours, lots of fruit and fine minerality. The oak is well integrated. The wine will gain more elegance and complex fruit flavours over the next 3 years. It is a perfect companion to fish, pork, pasta and medium cheese.
