The grapes fermented at 28C for optimum fruit and flavour. Plunging down and pumping over 3 times per day and short skin contact after fermentation was allowed. Wood matured in French oak barrels for 12 months.

This Southern Rhône-style blend of Shiraz and Grenache reveals soft tannins, lots of fruit and spice, with a complex aftertaste. The 2019 vintage presents itself as a very elegant and rich wine. It is partly wooded and can mature for 5-6 years. A perfect companion to many food styles, serve at approximately 16C.
