This complex, elegant MCC sparkling wine shows apple and citrus flavours, a vibrant minerality, creamy texture and has a fine, delicate mousse enhancing a long fruity finish. It can be enjoyed as a pre-drink and perfectly accompanies a light starter. An example of a Cap Classique which is different but “ lekker”.
